Editorial Policy

Health and supplement content requires a higher standard than ordinary product copy. Our editorial process is designed around that constraint.

Source hierarchy

For regulatory and safety claims we prioritize government and public-health sources such as FDA and NIH. For scientific questions we prioritize systematic reviews, peer-reviewed human research and primary literature appropriate to the claim. For product facts we use merchant-controlled materials and the actual buying destination.

Merchant claims are claims

When a seller says a product supports an outcome, we label that as a seller or manufacturer claim unless independent evidence establishes the point. We do not silently convert marketing language into editorial fact.

Ingredient evidence is not finished-product evidence

A study of beetroot, vitamin K2 or L-citrulline does not automatically prove a multi-ingredient blend produces the same result. Dose, formulation, population and endpoint matter.

Corrections and updates

Product prices, guarantees, labels and merchant pages change. We date reviews and update material facts when verifiable new information appears. If a same-intent query can be satisfied by an existing page, we update that page rather than creating a duplicate URL.
